The evening features a curated tasting menu prepared by award-winning chefs specialising in African and Caribbean cuisine, accompanied by live performances from contemporary and traditional musicians. A silent auction showcases works by emerging African artists.

All proceeds support The African and Caribbean Heritage Food Network's community food programmes, including urban growing projects, cooking workshops, and food sovereignty education initiatives across the diaspora.
