Full Environmental Cleaning

Join community leaders in a localized effort to revitalize our urban farming spaces and public markets. This hands-on workshop brings together volunteers, local farmers, and environmental advocates to restore neglected growing spaces across the city.

Participants will work in teams to clear, clean, and prepare community plots for the next growing season. Activities include composting workshops, soil testing demonstrations, and collaborative planting sessions focused on heritage crops from the African and Caribbean diaspora.

The day concludes with a communal meal prepared from locally grown produce, celebrating the connection between land stewardship, cultural heritage, and community wellbeing.
